Oh! I love all your words, too. And I agree, Kathleen, it's easier to move into stillness. Oxymoron though it seems to be.

Thanks for this lovely post. With hope and courage you are sure to have a magnificent 2010!
I followed your link to Emiliana's site - what a beautiful voice! No wonder you heart her :-)
For a long time I've used both walking and yoga as my meditation, I just can't seem to stay focussed when I am siting still - although I continue to try. I find that strangely, my mind is stiller when my body is moving.

I love these words. Courage could easily be substituted for 2010 motto "less talk, more action" because what it really comes down to for me is courage as well. And hope is always good to have.

My word, as I said on the blog, is mindfulness. I just want to enjoy what I have right now. Present moment living. In everything I do (and that includes the shit).

I have looked at my asana as my primary spritual practice for a while. A moving meditation. And if that's as close as I get to meditation in this livetime, that's OK. As long as I am present and mindful.

Much love x

I love your two words Nadine. Hope and courage. Perfect! Lovely images too. I can only think of one for me just now - trust. I like the idea of two though so maybe I will meditate on that one.
Sneak across to my blog and you'll see I have some *big* news but there's also a sad story there as well (just as a word of warning!)
I'm looking forward to catching up with you soon! Hoping you had a wonderful birthday. xx

Beautiful post. I love your words. They are so appropriate for where you are on your journey. And, as far as relationships go...I think you will find, when you just let go, you will find exactly what you need where you least expect it.
