Ooh, I am sooooo excited about this!

My divine and lovely friend Emma is holding a Jivamukti Yoga night the Friday after next. Places are booking out really fast, so if you want to go, act now – I am so looking forward to it, it’s going to be a lush yoga weekend for me!

This is what Em says about the night:

Jivamukti Yoga Night – ‘A Prelude to Hip Hop & Holy Night’

Friday 16th October from 6-9pm

Held at the Moksha Yoga Studio – 493 Centre Road, Bentleigh 3204

As some of you may already know, I was lucky enough to attend some workshops with Sharon Gannon & David Life from Jivamukti Yoga whilst in London last year and so many of you have asked me about my experience because their reputation as two of the best Yoga teachers and practitioners in the world is renowned.  You’ve asked me what I practiced, what I learnt etc, so as a result of this I have decided to hold a Yoga Intensive based on my experience with these amazing teachers and share with you what I learnt from them.  We offered this class earlier on in the year and have had a number of requests to run another one!!  So here it is this time held on a Friday night from 6-9pm and its Jivamukti night for the bold and the brave.  A great way to finish off your week and help you float into your weekend!!

So it’s going to be 3 hours of Yoga and will include some chanting, 1.5-2 hours of asana practice, pranayama, Yoga philosophy, savasana, meditation and music that will make you feel alive as the rhythm of prana flows through every body! This is also a great time of the year to detox both body and mind and prepare the body for the spring and summer months and feel awakened from the cold weather of winter – to feel alive again and once you’ve experienced this amazing style of Yoga it will no doubt deepen your existing practice with creativity and inspiration.

‘A Prelude to Hip Hop & Holy Night’ will take place on Friday 16th October from 6-9pm and I will be taking a maximum of 12 students so registration is essential and places tend to fill quickly.  The cost of this class is $75 per person and to book your place contact us on 9766-4880 or via email at info@mokshayoga.com.au.  Registrations will close at 5pm on Thursday 15th October.

I look forward to sharing this experience with you and only hope and trust that you will get as much out of this intensive as I did.
